Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ Position Overview As a member of our team, the Supply Chain FP&A Lead Analyst will have the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the following priorities: consolidating WCH results for actuals and cycle planning; provide support to the End-to-End WCH Finance Director, manufacturing and above sites (including sites in Asia/Europe/South America).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, finance, or a related quantitative discipline preferred
  • 2 years of supply chain experience required
  • Advanced systems knowledge: Excel, TM1, Anaplan, AFO, PAX
  • Must have advanced experience creating and analyzing pivot tables in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidation Monthly and Quarterly closings closing and build all BvAs required
  • Coordination of meeting for commentaries review (Actuals/Planning)
  • Coordination of the WCH JU/NU/BP process (communication, consolidation, analysis)
  • Calculate and book FAA entries for Mexico, Puerto Rico, and US sites
  • Interact with peers to ensure most standardization and harmonization among the 4 Surgery platforms
  • Support to co-op on the daily activities
  • Support to Inventory team as requested ad hoc
