The Wood Products Supply Chain organization has an immediate opportunity available for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Weyerhaeuser’s 125-year history meets modern sustainability in its new LEED-certified and award-winning building located in the historic Pioneer Square district. In short, the Customer Service Representative II role is key to the company's success by maintaining customer satisfaction through superior customer service. This role will be supporting our Western Lumber business. The ideal candidate is a motivated, action-oriented person who is passionate about customer service. In this role, you are instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships by providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. You provide superior account support, manage the order process with a fine degree of accuracy, and are influential in assisting and strengthening our Wood Products organization with various projects and promotions. In this role, you will build relationships with customers across the US and Canada while mastering the workings of a metrics-driven, streamlined organization.
