The Wood Products Supply Chain organization has an immediate opportunity available for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Weyerhaeuser’s 125-year history meets modern sustainability in its new LEED-certified and award-winning building located in the historic Pioneer Square district. The Customer Support Representative I will be supporting our Oriented Strand Board business. The role is designed to build foundational customer service and order management experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and sales partners, enters and manages orders using our order entry tool and SAP, and develops working knowledge of products, systems, and customer needs. This position is expected to grow in skill, knowledge, and independence over time. The ideal candidate is a motivated, action-oriented person who is passionate about customer service. In this role, you are instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships by providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
