Position Summary: (40%) of your time will be supporting installers when modules, inverters, or other parts are missing and identify alternative sources (30%) Review outputs from design, send the supplier lookahead, and share equipment needs with suppliers to ensure they arrive on the jobsite on time for the install (10%) of your time will be spent taking phone calls to help assist crews, distributers, and other departments on day-to-day deliveries or material shortages (10%) of your time will be spent taking initiative as a go-getter and problem-solving day-to-day issues (5%) of your time will be spent running, maintaining and operating the placard machine along with shipping placards (5%) of your time will be working closely with the Design and Install scheduling departments to help continuously improve our back-end processes
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position.
- In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

- Some college is or working towards any degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review BOM, assess accuracy, and issue purchase orders with distribution partners throughout the US.
- Review PO delivery and accuracy, hold distribution accountable, and support the field operations team.
- Source and place PO’s for additional materials that may be difficult to find. Ensure timely delivery.
- Be familiar with funding requirements and source material accordingly.
- For any project changes, ensure resolutions are in place for all material delivered according to the SPEC.
- 100% of emails are cleared and Team Channel request addressed, and calls answered daily
