Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports procurement, suppliers, and warehouse operations to ensure timely order processing, accurate material deliveries, and proactive resolution of supply issues while providing clear updates to internal customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience with purchasing, order tracking, data entry, or administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to build effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and external vendors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft is a plus
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Responsibilities
- Track purchase orders to confirm supplier receipt and expected delivery timelines
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse teams, and suppliers to resolve delivery and receipt issues
- Facilitate the release of blanket and standing orders under guidance of the demand planner
- Maintain accurate documentation of material delivery schedules and order status
- Communicate supply updates and risks to internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Gather and review supplier performance data, escalating issues as needed
