We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator – Level II to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Cummins Inc. facility in, Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Optimize Inventory Levels : By using statistical analysis and validated planning parameters, you will ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and minimize shortages. Align Supply and Demand : You will align the supply plan with the demand plan, driving stability and efficiency in the supply chain. Enhance Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards : By reporting any work-related incidents and complying with HSE standards, you will contribute to a safer and healthier workplace. Ensure Quality Compliance : Performing quality checks on planning parameters and following standard work procedures will help maintain high-quality standards. Conduct Supply and Demand Analysis : Highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months will enable proactive adjustments and better planning. Improve Planning Parameters : Running simulations and analyzing the impact of parameter changes will help optimize key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and Adjust Plans : By monitoring abnormal demand and stock levels, you will make necessary adjustments to maintain balance and meet customer needs. Foster Team Communication and Development : Effective communication within your team and participation in improvement projects will enhance teamwork and drive continuous improvement. The Supply Chain Coordinator II is responsible for supporting daily aftermarket operations by processing quote requests and ensuring accurate, timely data entry across systems and Excel spreadsheets. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining up-to-date pricing, documenting vendor lead times and assisting with new part setup. This position also provides cross-functional support to other coordinators as needed. Key Responsibilities Own, maintain and manage the shared supply chain inbox, ensuring timely cleanup, organization, and directing mail to appropriate folders. Escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders when needed. Quote Requests & Pricing Management Respond to quote requests by gathering required information, confirming pricing, and providing accurate updates. Ensure pricing is consistently updated and aligned between systems. Team Support & Cross-Coverage Provide backup support to other Supply Chain Coordinators during high-volume periods, staff absences, or special projects. Collaborate with planning team, purchasing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
