About The Position

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator with strong SAP expertise and experience in billing processes. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Supply Chain Department in an office and production-support environment and have the opportunity to display strong organizational and problem-solving skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Supply Chain Coordinator will support end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, logistics coordination, and accurate billing, while ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external partners to maintain timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics coordination role.
  • Proficient in SAP (MM, SD, or relevant modules).
  • Solid understanding of billing processes and financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and trade compliance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer portals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily supply chain activities, including order entry, shipment tracking, and preparation of delivery documents.
  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory transactions accurately using SAP.
  • Generate, validate, and issue customer invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Program Managers, Finance, and Logistics teams, to ensure timely billing and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, order processing, and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within SAP and other internal systems.
  • Support supply chain process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Perform other supply chain support duties as assigned.
