About The Position

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator – Level II to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Cummins Inc. facility in, Fort Worth, TX.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Optimize Inventory Levels: By using statistical analysis and validated planning parameters, you will ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and minimize shortages.
Align Supply and Demand: You will align the supply plan with the demand plan, driving stability and efficiency in the supply chain.
Enhance Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards: By reporting any work-related incidents and complying with HSE standards, you will contribute to a safer and healthier workplace.
Ensure Quality Compliance: Performing quality checks on planning parameters and following standard work procedures will help maintain high-quality standards.
Conduct Supply and Demand Analysis: Highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months will enable proactive adjustments and better planning.
Improve Planning Parameters: Running simulations and analyzing the impact of parameter changes will help optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and Adjust Plans: By monitoring abnormal demand and stock levels, you will make necessary adjustments to maintain balance and meet customer needs.
Foster Team Communication and Development: Effective communication within your team and participation in improvement projects will enhance teamwork and drive continuous improvement.
