Presbyterian is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in inventory systems and communication. This role manages supplies and equipment, including receiving, ordering, replenishment, and small equipment oversight. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or in teams, managing multiple inventory locations, and building strong relationships. Flexibility for extended hours is preferred. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Required - 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred - healthcare experience
  • Previous experience working in a business system and or technology as a part of daily duties

Responsibilities

  • Par area replenishment and level management
  • Stock rotations and supply distribution
  • ERP system transactions (issues, receiving)
  • Backorder and stock-out management
  • Cart stocking (crash/specialty), transportation, and warehousing
  • Data entry, cycle counts, and annual inventory
  • Small equipment and asset tracking
