About The Position

As the Supply Chain Co-Op, you will immerse yourself in the heart of our supply chain operations, taking charge of planning warehouse inventory levels to ensure seamless operations. Dive deep into a transformative project, mapping processes from top to bottom across our organization, helping us identify areas of improvement and efficiency. Collaborate with multiple departments, understanding the intricacies of our operations, and play a crucial role in refining our workflows. Join us for an enriching experience where you’ll not only learn but also shape the operational backbone of our business.   Location: St. Louis, MO Semester(s) Offered:Spring/Summer and Summer/Fall 2026 (2 opportunities) Pay Rate: $27.50/hour

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Completed Sophomore year of College
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicate ideas and findings
  • Ability to relocate, if not local to St. Louis area
  • Minimal to no travel required
  • Must be able to work in business office environment

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in project management or organizational strategies
  • Familiarity with business process mapping tools or software such as Microsoft Visio
  • Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects and a keen interest in driving improvements across supply chain functions

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the planning, customer service, transportation, and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing service against operating efficiency
  • Engage with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's operations.
  • Attend monthly Sales and operations planning meetings to gain understanding of the process and the contributing elements.
  • Continuously gather knowledge about the latest trends and tools in supply chain management, especially in the realm of warehouse inventory planning
  • Assist in preparing reports to interface with international partners
