Supply Chain Clerk Position Details The Supply Chain Clerk supports purchasing, receiving, distribution, and inventory control functions for Perham Health and Perham Living.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain, inventory, or a related field is preferred; health care experience is a plus.
- Must possess a current, valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, customer service, and communication skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
Responsibilities
- Assists with purchasing requests from departments throughout the organization.
- Unpacks freight and stocks inventory.
- Delivers supplies to requesting departments, including operating a commercial delivery vehicle.
- Maintains inventory levels in Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) locations and ensures they are adequately stocked.
- Requests and processes purchase orders.
- Manages and tracks medical equipment use, storage, and service needs.
- Responds to requests and questions from internal and external customers.
- Processes large quantities of detailed information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assists with processing and tracking of product returns, recalls, and back orders.
