About The Position

The Supply Chain Clerk I is responsible for supporting material flow and inventory accuracy within the cleanroom and stockroom environments. This role ensures timely replenishment of materials, proper documentation of consumption, and adherence to 5S standards. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Location: Allen, Texas (US). This is an on-site position, and we are not open to remote candidates currently. Shift: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm, with flexibility as needed.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of ERP and warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Basic proficiency in inventory reporting tools.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport materials within safety guidelines.
  • Willingness to learn cleanroom protocols and 5S organizational standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management to meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal teams.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain, material handling, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and inventory reporting tools desired.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily material consumption (compacts, pellicles, chemicals) in Oracle.
  • Generate and review MaskTrack reports to identify upcoming job requirements and pellicle needs.
  • Restock cleanroom shelves with pellicles and compacts based on MaskTrack data and physical inventory counts.
  • Retrieve materials from the stockroom and deliver them to the fabrication area for replenishment.
  • Unpack incoming shipments and prepare materials for cleanroom stocking.
  • Dispose of packaging materials and maintain 5S standards in the stockroom.
  • Transport manageable boxes from the dock to the stockroom; coordinate with Shipping/Receiving for heavy pallets.
  • Operate cleaning equipment for internal transfer compacts and return cleaned items to designated shelves.
  • Collect cleanroom garments for laundering and restock cleaned garments in the smock-up room.
  • Replenish cleanroom consumables (e.g., paper, alcohol wipes, gloves, masks, shoe covers, hairnets, labels).
  • Perform physical cycle counts for all direct materials.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, labeling, and inventory accuracy.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned. Flexibility to support other supply chain tasks as directed by the supervisor.
