About The Position

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Supplies Co-ordinator to join our team at our Clifton Park TC, based in York. This is a hands-on role involving regular lifting, frequent movement around the hospital and you will be liaising with all departments within the hospital to provide a well organised service. We are looking for a someone who will be dynamic, self-motivated, computer literate and has good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Strong IT skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Initiative with a flexible and proactive approach to work

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable not essential)
SAP experience (desirable not essential)

Responsibilities

Management of stock deliveries for the hospital
Handling all orders
Responsible for the control of ordering stock consumables and equipment needed in the hospital
Supporting with barcoding, invoices and deliveries
