About The Position

As our Supplier Relationship Manager, you’ll spearhead growth initiatives for top manufacturers, build robust relationships, and drive significant business impact in our data-driven food service environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes initiative, brings solutions, and collaborates with high energy while managing multiple priorities without compromising quality. The role will require leveraging data, modern technology, and AI tools to inform strategic decisions, demonstrate accountability, and celebrate collective victories. Your Impact: Own and grow a portfolio of manufacturer partnerships Execute key sales actions: expand product offerings, eliminate contract exclusions, and foster deeper engagement Build strong, sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Monitor and enhance contract competitiveness Develop and lead strategies to increase contract utilization rates Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities across all Buyers Edge Platform companies, maximizing every touchpoint to drive new revenue streams Plan and lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews (in-person and virtual Coordinate impactful demos, meetings, and check-ins Intently track KPIs and analyze performance, continuously identifying avenues for improvement Own the seamless onboarding of new Manufacturer contracts Become a power user of Salesforce, Tableau Dashboards, and Microsoft Teams Champion broader team initiatives About You: 5+ years of impactful industry experience in a relevant field Bachelor’s degree in business, culinary arts, or a related field A Culinary or Operations background is a significant advantage A deep understanding of the foodservice landscape and data-driven marketing principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a particular prowess in Excel and PowerPoint Laser-like attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities Stellar communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving acumen The ability to dissect data, extract powerful insights, and translate them into decisive action A proven track record of crushing deadlines, juggling multiple projects, and excelling both independently and as part of a high-performing team Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for partner visits and industry events A potent blend of strategic foresight and flawless execution A tenacious "get-it-done" attitude, even when navigating complexity Not sure you meet every qualification? Requirements
