About The Position

As a Supplier Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance, mitigate risks, and support the company’s strategic sourcing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier or vendor management, preferably in professional services or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships aligned with company goals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and resolve supply issues.
• Identify potential new suppliers and conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
• Manage supplier risk by assessing financial stability, compliance, and operational capabilities.
