Requirements
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation + clean driving record
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with inventory and labor management
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and keep work running efficiently
- Train, support, and motivate team members
- Manage supplies and control labor hours
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Perform inspections and jump in with cleaning when needed
