About The Position
Casing Hand – $76,400–$127,400+ Annually Pay: $18–$35/hr (weekly pay) Dispatch Location: Mansfield, PA Schedule: Full-time | No set schedule | 24/7 operations No Experience? No Problem. What You’ll Do Assist casing operations on active drilling rigs Rig up, rig down, load out, and demobilize equipment Work around heavy machinery and industrial equipment Follow safety procedures at all times Work as part of a crew in fast-paced field environments What to Expect Long shifts, often 12+ hours Nights, weekends, and holidays required Outdoor work in heat, cold, rain, snow, mud Physically demanding, safety-sensitive work No set schedule; rotating on-call crews Requirements Willingness to work a rotating, unpredictable schedule Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to pass drug screening and pre-employment requirements Valid driver’s license preferred, not required Pay & Benefits $18–$35/hr with heavy overtime potential Estimated annual earnings: $76,400–$127,400+ Paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits Short-Term Disability (immediate) Health, Dental, Vision, Life (voluntary), Accident (after 90 days) 401(k) with 4% company match (after 1 year) PTO increases with tenure; 40hr after 1yr, 60hr after 2yr, 80hr after 3yr Out-of-Area Applicants: We welcome applications from candidates who do not currently live in the Mansfield, PA area.
