The functional activities are primarily over a single function and may have an impact on overall operation and represent the first level of supervisory responsibility. Job Description Overview The Supervisor-Water Utility supervises, supports, directs, and monitors all field services performed in service of the water utility and related equipment. Oversees work completed on storm drains, pipes, creeks, channels, basins levee sum areas and other water utility areas.
