About The Position

The Supervisor, Warehouse will be responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operation and assume day-to-day responsibilities for the operation of FDH LDC (Local Distribution Center). Operational areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to: Receiving, Quality, Stocking, Picking, Shipping, and Inventory Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain or related field; or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in Warehouse management
Must have a certain bonded warehouse management and import and export knowledge
Must have working knowledge of inventory practices and general aerospace requirements regarding same
Insightful, hands-on leader with strong leadership and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer and business proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively. Level 4 or above in English with basic literacy skills.
Honest & reliable, have the ability to be independent
Team oriented with strong leadership skills
U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
ITAR Requirement
120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

Enforce compliance of contractual and legal processes and documentation of inbound and outbound inventory requirements, ensuring all are being met with accuracy, efficiency, and on time delivery (backlog and quality management)
Contribute to FDH’s strategic plan through the delivery of objectives and development of warehouse processes
Be involved in process developments outside the scope of the warehouse, where necessary and appropriate
Plan physical resources for FDH CSL Warehouse to meet current and future requirements. This includes the human resource requirements to discharge current and projected future operational demands, through the appropriate use of capacity planning models, taking in to account cultural and native differences
Cooperate with customer quality inspectors to complete the quality acceptance process.
Pick, repack and ship according to customer needs
Use the company's ERP system to complete the above receipt and shipment processes and warehouse inventory management to ensure that the accounts and materials are consistent
Inventory is regularly inventoried and coordinated with irregular customs inventory audits
Optimize warehouse management processes. Do a good job in warehouse 5S management
Use certain supply management, safety stock management knowledge, do a good job of safety stock early warning
Cooperate with and complete other tasks in line with the company's overall goals and the arrangements of superior leaders
Perform other duties as assigned
