The Supervisor-Transfer Center, oversees daily operations of the Illinois Division Transfer Center, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant patient transfers.   • Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. Associates degree in nursing and three years of clinical nursing experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years acute care nursing experience is required.
  • One of supervisory, charge nurse, or team lead experience in an acute care setting is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three months of hire date.
  • Prior Transfer Center experience is strongly preferred.
