Requirements

Strong leadership in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Significant level of personal accountability and ownership to proactively identify and address issues as they arise with limited oversight
Can develop and maintain highly productive relationships with internal and external counterparties through proactive, effective communication
Ability to create or improve accounting process
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
8+ years' experience

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Excel, PDI, SAP, RightAngle, Salesforce, and Power BI preferred

Responsibilities

Manages daily fuel inventory reconciliation process for a portfolio of assigned retail locations
Resolves issues accurately and with a sense of urgency
Month-end tasks and commissions deadlines are met
Maintains productive relationships with all counterparties through proactive, effective communication
Analyzes financial results effectively, providing supporting details and insights that contribute to the company's success
Exhibits a record of sustained improvement in key metrics and contributes to the success of the overall team
Builds and maintains collaborative relationships across departments, serving as a trusted leader and advocate for direct reports and accounting teams
Proactively leads initiatives, resolves complex issues, and mitigates risks with minimal oversight, ensuring team efficiency and operational success
Aligns team goals with leadership's vision by setting clear expectations, communicating strategic direction, and driving cross-functional alignment
