If you are passionate about your work and thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you The Commissioned Agent (COAG) team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the daily accounting and analysis for all company-owned fuel inventory, sales activities, and associated commissions for this segment of our business. Team activities involve reconciling book to physical inventory, invoicing Fuel Metered Sales daily to Consignment Agents, entering daily physical readings, and analysis of gross margin. As part of daily responsibilities, team members partner with various Sunoco functions including transportation, pricing, tax, inventory and operations function. This position is responsible for ensuring team effectively performs the following: • Manages daily fuel inventory reconciliation process for a portfolio of assigned retail locations • Resolves issues accurately and with a sense of urgency • Month-end tasks and commissions deadlines are met • Maintains productive relationships with all counterparties through proactive, effective communication • Analyzes financial results effectively, providing supporting details and insights that contribute to the company's success • Exhibits a record of sustained improvement in key metrics and contributes to the success of the overall team Key Attributes · Builds and maintains collaborative relationships across departments, serving as a trusted leader and advocate for direct reports and accounting teams · Proactively leads initiatives, resolves complex issues, and mitigates risks with minimal oversight, ensuring team efficiency and operational success · Aligns team goals with leadership’s vision by setting clear expectations, communicating strategic direction, and driving cross-functional alignment · Champions a culture of inclusion, transparency, and continuous improvement by fostering open communication and valuing diverse perspectives · Invests in team development through structured career planning, coaching, and mentorship while recognizing contributions and encouraging growth · Identifies process and efficiency improvements, leveraging technology and innovation to support long-term department success · Demonstrates integrity and accountability by modeling clear, unbiased communication, honoring commitments, and holding the team to high performance standards
