About The Position

You’ll be responsible for a variety of functions related to residential living including dormitory management in compliance with government and management directives. Essential Functions: Coordinate transportation requirements for residential activities, and evening activities with other departments, and assist dorm managers in identifying and contacting replacement staff, when needed. Perform administrative duties involving student passes, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations. Monitor administration of all required and records for assigned shift, assure that bed checks, morning accountability sheets, logs and other specified documents are delivered to the appropriate department/shifts in a timely manner. Monitor pass procedures, on-or of-center entertainment, incentive, recreational activities for students, minor accountability, medical box distribution, dorm safety reporting and inspections, and facilitation of student property at separation. Ensure incidents of misconduct are reported promptly and accurately. It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or one (1) supervisory experience.
  • One (1) year experience working with youth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
