General Summary Are you an experienced clerical professional ready to step into a leadership role that supports essential public records services? As a Supervisor Register of Deeds , you will oversee and coordinate the work of clerical staff through other unit supervisors who provide technical and general support critical to daily operations. This role focuses on staff supervision, cash handling oversight, and the accurate maintenance of accounting and program records. Your work ensures consistency, accountability, and reliable service delivery. What You’ll Do: Plan, assign, direct, and review the work of clerical employees, both directly and through unit supervisors. Participate in personnel-related activities involving unit supervisors and assigned clerical staff. Oversee cash register operations and support divisional accounting activities and records. Maintain records and documentation related to the remonumentation and Sheriff’s redemption programs.
