About The Position

The Quality Supervisor supports quality improvement initiatives and projects for the clinically integrated network (CIN) through data collection, evaluation, and validation activities, as well asongoing interaction with provider practices to achieve goals and objectives established by the network. Initiates various projects related to quality, utilization, coding and adherence to regulatory standards. Works closely with ColigoCare leadership to support and manage projects requiring interface with provider practices within the community. Works in a multidisciplinary environment and with individual practices to identify opportunities for quality improvement and track progress towards achieving targeted goals. Supervises and trains Population Health Specialists to oversee & track quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences preferred.
  • Experience/working knowledge of practice improvement processes required.
  • Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience working in a value-based healthcare program, including ACO, CIN, or other shared savings programs with commercial and/or CMS-based payors.
  • Computer skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel is required
  • Experience with electronic health records and/or a healthcare database is strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, self-confident and able to interact with medical personnel.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and capable of performing important tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical background preferred.
  • Experience with direct supervision of staff is preferred.
  • Experience in quality improvement and project management skills strongly desirable.
