The printing production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the print shop facility to ensure that high-quality printed materials are produced efficiently and on schedule. The supervisor is the bridge between the production floor and management, coordinating the work of operators and technicians to meet client specifications. Ensure production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements Implement relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow Compile reports about production and providing management with updates Manage the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly Participate in the Facilities Coordination Center (FCC) that supports company Emergency Operations. Operate in compliance with regulatory, company and departmental guidance. Able to work with significant functional area leaders and stakeholders to provide strategy and solutions. Ability to travel at least 20% of the time throughout PG&E’s territory. Onsite position PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
