Tag Systems USA is seeking a full-time Carrier Printing - Label Printing Specialist in West Valley City, UT. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and data entry software
- Ability to lift 50-pound packages and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Willingness to comply with strict security, safety, and attendance policies
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
- No previous experience required!
Nice To Haves
- Machine operation or mail house experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Cross-train and operate printing machines, focusing on accuracy and efficiency
- Verify job tickets for proper closure and double signatures, and reviewing shipment requirements
- Categorize orders by service agreements and shipping deadlines
- Pull the correct carrier stock
- Use templates and Mail Merge files to print carriers with the necessary information
- Check every print for quality, compare finished carriers to provided samples
- Print shipping labels using applications like FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post
- Monitor inventory
- Update or create templates in Microsoft Word
- Extract tracking data for daily reports
- Wear company-provided smock
- Follow all HSA regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
