This role is responsible for scheduling, duty assignments, productivity, equipment maintenance, supply management, and implementing new procedures and equipment. The supervisor leads hiring, performance counseling, and appraisals for Support Services staff while ensuring exceptional customer service in specimen collection, processing, and referral services for patients, physician offices, and nursing teams. Working collaboratively with lab managers and other departments, this position develops efficient workflows, promotes high employee morale, and ensures compliance with CAP, OSHA, JCAHO, HIPAA, and TriHealth standards.
