This job focuses on managing the financial aspects of procedural cases in the operating rooms, specifically related to facility charges. Represents people leaders (hire/fire authority) with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility. Achieve goals through direct and/or indirect reports. Supervises support level employees. Sets goals and objectives for other employees within the Job Area. Develops solutions to a variety of routine problems, and escalates more complex issues to higher-level managers. Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports. Audits procedural charges. Provides reporting to support charge capture and ancillary departments.
