It’s a big department with multiple offices in several states including Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Nevada. It’s a great opportunity to take your previous supervisor, lead or training skills and develop them into something more challenging and rewarding. Lead the phone bank and auditor team (15-18 employees) in a call center environment Supervise workflow, monitor quality and quantity standards within the department Provide ongoing training and coaching of staff to ensure work is completed Ensure that policies and procedures are consistently applied Utilize Global Navigator software to monitor and respond to incoming calls Analyze call center data for reporting purposes Responsible for hiring, performance reviews, timecards and disciplinary action Handle escalated participant inquiries Who we are...
