About The Position

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, the agency partners with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands, including blockbuster films from Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners, as well as tune-in and streaming for networks like ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. The agency is looking for a Paid Social Supervisor to lead strategy, execution, and client relationships on one of the most exciting accounts in entertainment. This role involves managing day-to-day campaigns, guiding a team, and translating marketing goals into paid media strategies. It is explicitly a paid media role, not focused on organic, community, or content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in paid paid social
  • Strong data and storytelling skills - Excel, PowerPoint, presentations
  • Hands-on expertise in paid social platforms
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships
  • Confident in client and team conversations—clear and collaborative
  • Strong communicator (written, verbal, and client-facing)
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
  • Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

Nice To Haves

  • Agency background preferred
  • Experience on entertainment accounts preferred
  • HTML and CSS knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Build smart paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and more
  • Translate client objectives into actionable media plans
  • Spot opportunities to innovate and keep campaigns ahead of the curve
  • Ensure search and social integrate with the bigger media/brand picture
  • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance across platforms
  • Compile long-term paid social media strategies and roadmaps
  • Act as key client contact; answer questions, solve challenges, and build trust
  • Nurture strong relationships with media partners
  • Define KPIs, analyze results, and share clear, actionable insights
  • Oversee reporting accuracy and delivery timelines
  • Apply learnings to optimize future campaigns
  • Manage, coach, and support team members
  • Collaborate across teams to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Provide strong points-of-view that push both the agency and client forward
