About The Position

In this role you will build our paid social motion (Meta, TikTok, X, or YouTube) from scratch and make it a reliable, compounding pipeline channel for a mostly technical audience. You are a paid social marketer comfortable preparing ad creatives. You understand social platforms as performance channels, and know how to build an audience, test creatives at scale, read data, and make decisions fast. You don't need a brief to get started. You see underperforming campaigns, you fix them. You see a gap, you fill it.

Requirements

  • 2+ years building paid social campaigns from scratch on at least two platforms
  • Performance mindset: you optimize for signups and acquisitions, not impressions
  • Experience managing 5 to 6-figure budgets in monthly ad spend
  • Copywriting that converts across platforms and ad copy that adapts per channel
  • Ability to produce basic creative independently — static ads, carousels, simple video edits
  • Fluent with AI tools and AI agent automation in your workflows. You leverage them daily and build agents to automate whenever possible.
  • Technical or developer audience experience is a strong plus: you have marketed a developer tool, API, or infrastructure product.

  • Multi-platform experience across 3+ channels
  • Reddit or StackAdapt (display) experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube from scratch
  • Own audience strategy: interest targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and custom audiences
  • Write ad copy and produce creatives (static, carousel, short video) that perform per platform
  • Manage budgets and bids; report on cost per acquisition and what's scaling
  • Design and run experiments across audiences, creatives, and formats — compound what works
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, the web team, and Demand Gen on campaigns and landing pages
