The Director, Social role is ultimately responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that handles Strategy, Planning, and Activation to best service their clients. Their top priorities are strong client growth/retention and employee growth/retention. The Director, Social should be able to lead the team to deliver excellent paid social strategy and performance recommendations for their clients based on DEPT’s best practices. They are effective communicators who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve and exceed client goals based on their deep understanding of the ins and outs of their clients’ businesses and they proactively bring innovative strategy, holistic ideas, and leadership to help clients meet their overarching business goals.
