The Paid Social Director is a full-time position on the Media Activation team, responsible for managing end-to-end paid social campaigns for both brand-direct and agency clients. This role requires a high level of expertise across the social ecosystem, with a primary focus on large-scale campaigns across Meta and TikTok, as well as exposure to Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest. Responsibilities encompass overseeing all aspects of campaign setup, optimization, and analysis, beginning with serving as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for our clients. We need an expert who thrives in client-facing situations, someone who can identify what clients need and guide them in the right direction to best support their business goals. The role requires a combination of hands-on ad management and delegation of core duties to internal operations teams. You will be given the autonomy to make operational decisions based on your knowledge of the paid social advertising space and will be expected to proactively manage expectations to ensure we are a true partner, not just an activation team. Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or remote.
