Position Overview The Supervisor, Operations Services plays a key role in supporting the execution and ongoing management of one of UniGroup’s largest national accounts. This role blends team leadership, client relationship management, and hands-on operational support to ensure a high-quality service experience from move initiation through completion and billing. This individual will supervise a small team while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day operations, including move coordination, issue resolution, and communication across agents, clients, and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex service situations while balancing the needs of clients, agents, and the business.
