About The Position

The Supervisor, Operations Services plays a key role in supporting the execution and ongoing management of one of UniGroup’s largest national accounts. This role blends team leadership, client relationship management, and hands-on operational support to ensure a high-quality service experience from move initiation through completion and billing. This individual will supervise a small team while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day operations, including move coordination, issue resolution, and communication across agents, clients, and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex service situations while balancing the needs of clients, agents, and the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team responsible for move management services, including coordination, monitoring, and quality control
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for a key national account, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting service delivery
  • Oversee service execution for a high-volume account, approximately 2,000 moves annually, ensuring alignment with contractual expectations
  • Monitor service performance from initiation through completion and payment to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
  • Partner with agents and internal teams to resolve service issues, including service interpretation, tariff application, and billing discrepancies
  • Interpret contractual requirements, tariffs, and service guidelines to ensure consistent and compliant execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients and partners, navigating complex or sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Support financial accuracy by ensuring proper application of program requirements and operational processes
  • Analyze service metrics and operational data to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency
  • Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing guidance to team members
  • Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and ongoing relationship management activities
