About The Position

What Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Operations function. Job Summary This position is responsible for directly supervising a returns staff that are investigating claims and assuring returns are processed for the manufacturers supported by 3PLS’ business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
1-2 years related experience, preferred
Strong communication skills
Leadership skills highly preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, outlook, word, and access
Must live within 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN.

Responsibilities

responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the staff, supporting their growth and development within the company.
Assisting with the management of the manufacturers’ accounts and collaborating with the other 3PLS departments.
Processing and sending various month-end reporting to both internal and external departments.
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
Develops, administers, and executes policies and procedures while also continuously improving on said policies and procedures
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests under time-sensitive conditions
Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills in order to accomplish a wide variety of assignments; this is not limited to the immediate team, but can also apply to cross-functional areas
Maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with internal teams as well as external clients
