Summary The Supervisor of Contracts & Services manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the APS Transmission Contracts and Services (TC&S) department, including staff leadership, performance management, and operational oversight. Ensures compliance with all applicable regional and national reliability standards and represents APS in regional forums and industry groups. Oversees transmission and inter-utility contracts, ensuring alignment with APS’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT), including Transmission Service Agreements and interconnection activities. Participates in and supports joint ownership projects, including budgeting, billing, and coordination with partner utilities. Provides strategic and operational guidance to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient transmission services while supporting enterprise and regulatory objectives.
