About The Position

The Supervisor of Influencer, Public Relations, Brand Events and Partnerships is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s influencer strategy , public relations efforts , partnership project management and executing major brand events as an extension of all these pillars. This is done i n alignment with the overall department strategy and the creative vision under brand development . The above will be accomplished by implementing the strategic plan; aligning with the content creatives and working within the development calendar; and applying innovative ideas to an authentic, brand-right content strategy to raise awareness, elevate perception , attract new consumers, and drive qualified traffic.

Requirements

  • A four-year college degree is , preferably with a major/minor within Communications or Marketing
  • 6+ years of Marketing or Public Relations experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong passion for the Lilly Pulitzer brand and knowledge of the collection and company history.
  • Ability to be the “voice” of the brand, influencer, editor-facing and beyond.
  • Sales-minded.
  • E mbraces the relationship of social media content strategy to influencer marketing (and vice versa) and the overall brand and other business functions
  • Business-minded.
  • S killed at negotiating with agencies, influencers, and brand-elevating partners
  • Entrepreneurial: able to deal with uncharted space and make headway
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Strong time management skills: ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build influencer strategy and goals in conjunction with the content development calendar
  • Shape the seasonal brief for the internal teams as well as agencies
  • Work with communication channel owners to plan influencer content, PR content, Events Content, and Partnership content to drive reach, traffic & revenue
  • M anage Sitecore Intake forms and approvals with creative partners
  • Shape weekly notes and follow ups on Influencer/PR and Partnerships for internal teams!
  • Manage all influencer, agent, and agency relationships as well as budget and time management to execute all pillars of PR, Influencer, Events and Partnerships.
  • Strategy and execution for influencer campaigns & activations (events, trips, streaming opps , collaboration concepts)
  • Pitch VIP lookbook & product initiatives each season aligned with product and brand strategy
  • Place all PR and Influencer Orders
  • Work on Press Releases and support timely execution of PR requests/quotes/ and approvals.
  • Actively network engage with brand influencers & those we want to partner with on social media through likes, comments, DMs, as well as IRL
  • Align with creative team on deployment and social media teams/digital marketing teams on affiliate commission strategy and ROI tracking.
  • Partner on influencer and editorial opportunities in the affiliate space to best amplify brand efforts and drive ROI
  • Ideate & manage ambassador programs and other ad-hoc paid influencer opportunities or new types of influence, ie : blog posts and targeted customer relationships
  • Test new influencer strategies and emerging platform engagement and platform diversification, ie : Tik Tok, newsletters/ substacks , Pinterest, Facebook Groups, SMS
  • Ensure that the brand representation of our ongoing influencer initiatives present the modern face of Lilly Pulitzer
  • Track, analyze, and recap influencer content and metrics to make sure key stakeholders are aware and we are driving towards our measurable goals and building upon successes for future seasons
  • Contribute to high-level content strategy, particularly Public Relations and Collaborations, and work across cross-functional teams to align activities and campaigns
  • Create unique content strategies around brand storytelling through sourced content that position our brand as a community connector and in alignment with the brand strategy work
  • Foster strong partnership relationships and learn to leverage partnerships for maximizing efforts and achievements.
  • Provide recommendations on new executions, partnership ideas, and activations to further promote brand awareness and new customer acquisition
  • Thoughtfully develop and nurture long term influencer , PR and Partnerships relationships
  • Drive Strong ROI on Influencer campaigns, PR events and activations, Partnership Success and Revenue
  • Track success of campaigns and social media stats for monthly recaps
