Responsible for daily workflow and supervision of corporate imaging and records management employees. Responsible for hiring, training and development of staff to ensure accurate and timely collection, scanning, document indexing, verification, storing, retrieving and disposition of all company related files and correspondence. Coordinate working assignments for personnel and supervise employees to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Comply with regulatory requirements to minimize litigation risk and maintain confidential corporate information. Perform personnel related functions, including performance management, and issuing corrective and disciplinary actions.
