Supervisor of Facilities Administration $55.993-$69,422 minimum starting pay Job Level: Individual Contributor Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. What You Will Be Doing: Coordinate and supervise workflow of Facilities Administrative personnel and operation; including but not limited to overseeing cashier duties, receptionist, and switchboard; assisting Maintenance, Technical Services and Engineering with coordination of service calls and dispatching. Responsible for training and development of staff to ensure technology skills required to provide expertise in the operation of the registers in Cafeteria, OnGuard Access System, Point of Sales System, Meal Viewer, Service Now, AutoCad and other related Facilities Systems. Perform personnel related functions, including performance management, salary adjustments, staffing, and disciplinary actions. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Credit Bureau Report may be ordered on final candidates.
