This position will supervise all clinic staff and operations to ensure quality patient care. Assists in compliance of OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements. Assist in determining staffing requirements of the Bartlesville Clinic. Screens and participates in interviews of applicants and orients and trains staff. Assists in the development, planning and direction of activities for the clinic. Aids in programs, issues, and policies. Recommends organization objectives to assure the maintenance of quality patient care and financial profitability. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Nursing, Business, or related field required.
  • Experience and knowledge in the management of the physiologic and psychological effects of cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment.
  • Surgical and/or oncology experience/knowledge required.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in clinical management; experience coordinating operations of practice preferred.
  • Two or more years of management/leadership experience within healthcare or related field highly desired.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Oncology certification a plus.
