We’re looking for a Material Handler Supervisor to join our team in Durham, NC. If you’re passionate about manufacturing operations, warehouse leadership, inventory control, and material flow optimization, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced production environment supporting products loved around the world. Location: Durham, NC Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Hourly Non-Exempt Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + overtime eligibility + full benefits package

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, or distribution operations
  • 2+ years of experience leading shift-based teams or warehouse associates
  • Experience with inventory control systems, ERP, MES, or WMS platforms
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Powered industrial truck experience or certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead shift-based material handling operations within a manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Supervise and develop a team of Material Handlers to support production and packaging operations
  • Oversee material movement, staging, scanning, and system transactions within ERP/MES/WMS systems
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes
  • Enforce standardized warehouse processes, labeling, and storage procedures
  • Promote safety, quality, and compliance in a high-volume production setting
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean manufacturing and 5S practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Scheduling teams to ensure on-time production execution
