About The Position

Supervisor is responsible for the complete supervision of maintenance personnel including all 3 shifts and weekends in the designated areas under their responsibility. Must be able to work in coordination with all department managers and supervisors to: - First prevent machines from breaking down. - Secondly bring machines that are down back into production in a timely and prioritized manner. Categories of responsibility include but are not limited to: - Safety - Quality - Scheduling repairs - Preventative maintenance - Predictive maintenance - Corrective action - Evaluations - Work orders - Inventory - Emergency breakdowns - Communication - Weekly work schedules - Continuous improvement and confidential information - Ability to maintain regular attendance record for required duties and work schedule

Requirements

Must have an industrial maintenance background with training and/or experience in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, program logic controls, electronics and welding.
Able to communicate effectively in English with or without a translator (speak, read, and write legibly).
