Briefs other supervisors and coordinates with other departments for special events.

Responsibilities

Maintains, records and logs as required by the facility office.
Briefs Maintenance Manager daily, relating facts, questions, and other necessary information pertinent to the successful operation of the facilities department.
Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and work assignments.
Supervises a designated crew in performance of daily work duties and assists as needed to insure timely completion.
Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow employees, vendors, and the general public.
Other duties may be assigned.
Directly supervises shift employees in the Maintenance Department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; insuring timely and quality completion; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
