Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Supervisor, Imaging Operations to join our Imaging Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving daily production goals, maintaining rigorous quality standards for customer orders, and providing direct leadership to a multi-shift operational team.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging processes, including hands-on experience with Kofax software and a basic understanding of project lifecycles.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication, with the skills to effectively coordinate across multiple internal departments and engage professionally with external customers.
  • Capability to support a two-shift operation and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily direction and project oversight to ensure all customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with departmental quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and cross-train a team of 15+ employees, establishing accountable performance measures to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and modify work procedures as needed to meet evolving demands, while assisting with the billing and invoicing process to ensure financial accuracy.
