About The Position

We are seeking an energetic leader as a Fulfillment Center Supervisor for our growing business. In this role, they will be responsible for managing and providing daily supervision to team members at one of our Fulfillment Centers. This position is key role within our Fulfillment Center network. Leaders in this role will be focused daily on a variety of Fulfillment Center operational activities to include: safety, pick, pack & ship, receiving, execution of our Continuous Improvement process (RBS – Regal Business System), hourly team member development (coaching & accountability), inventory management and hiring of new team members. The opportunity also exists to engage in or take a leadership role with strategic projects focused on the long term success of Regal Rexnord and the Fulfillment Center network. Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree desired; consideration also given to equivalent related professional experience
  • 2 – 5 years of warehouse, manufacturing and / or logistics experience
  • Knowledge of environmental/safety regulations and policies
  • Strong critical reasoning skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability improving engagement with frontline team members
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights and take actions leveraging the Microsoft suite and PowerBI
  • Demonstrated success using a balance of data and experience to make sound decisions regarding resource utilization and needs passion for teambuilding and improving employee engagement
  • A resilient leader who consistently delivers on commitments (High say / do)
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented, process improvement focused
  • Ability to work cross functionally to achieve outstanding results
  • Experience using ERP Systems (Oracle and / or SAP preferred)
  • Highly organized, self-starter that can work with little direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Directs the daily activities within a department.
  • Ensures all safety standards and policies are followed.
  • Accountable to ensure the shipment of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality.
  • An obstacle remover for frontline team members.
  • Liaisons with key stakeholders to understand current and future shipment needs and develops plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing activities.
  • Ensures communication channels are effective to all business partners to include: functional leadership, Human Resources, Quality, Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Sales.
  • Ensures strong relationship between Supply Chain and its customers to drive total cost productivity through operational excellence, standardization and consolidation.
  • Ensures products and services are delivered to the quality, cost and delivery performance levels required.
  • Focuses on continuous improvement of shipment and processes while monitoring safety, speed, cost and quality.
  • Optimizes the talent within the organizational structure and fosters an environment to promote individual and team growth and career development goals.
  • Attracts, develops and retains employees capable of sustaining our position as the leader in customer service and delivery.
  • Implements policies and procedures to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost reduction goals are achieved for the overall facility.
  • Proactively coordinate with various business divisions to ensure that customers are being serviced according to expectation.
  • Responsible for operating within budget and monitors the cost and effectiveness of distribution activities to optimize resources, prioritizes spending, and achieve volume, quality, and distribution standards.
  • Provides supervision and guidance to your direct team.
  • Coordinates all safety initiatives and programs (Safety Training, Safety committee etc.) for warehouse employees.
  • Drives continuous improvement using tools and activities including: the Regal Business System (RBS) self-assessments, audit processes, Safety investigations, Fulfillment Center KPI’s focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth (SQDCG).
  • Leads efforts to develop a cultural of highly engaged business owners.
