As a Clinical Documentation Improvement Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operational activities of a team of clinical documentation specialists and assist the Manager with personnel-related duties. In this role, you will organize, direct, coordinate, and manage the activities of the CDI team, ensuring compliance with CCHS, JCAHO, and other regulatory requirements. Serving as a liaison between CDI and other CCHS departments, you will monitor team performance, provide ongoing education and support, administer disciplinary counseling when needed, and make recommendations in alignment with Cleveland Clinic enterprise HIM and CCF policies and procedures. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
