If so, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team! In this position, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and support to our crews that are responsible for piping residential and commercial natural gas services, securing the flow from meters to existing fuel lines. We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Supervisors. This role will involve working both indoors and outside. Our goal is to ensure the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity
- Exposure to both residential and commercial utility projects and/or civil construction projects
- Ability to communicate well with co-workers and customers
- Experience maintaining a safe work environment
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Oversee the workload of assigned crews to ensure allocated resources are fully utilized to deliver against agreed upon project deadlines and budget costs
- Ensure supervised crews comply with safety standards, policies and processes to maintain safe working environments and minimize risk to staff, customers and subcontractors
- Maintains all paperwork required by company policy and federal, state, and local regulations
- Performs other duties as requested by the Area Manager
