The DC Supervisor oversees functional areas including shipping, receiving, cable cutting, transportation, and inventory control. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• In partnership with the Manager, builds employee engagement and a high performing team by recruiting, training, and retaining the best talent within span of control.• Responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operation functions for assigned department.• Proactively identifies areas for improvement, builds action plans and seeks opportunities to grow their business and increase customer satisfaction.• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse team objectives.
